Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your project. You can expect to receive approximately 4–8 messages per month, though this may vary (for example, during active jobs you may receive more frequent updates).

You can opt out of the Program at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the number that sent you the message. You will receive one final confirmation text letting you know you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages from us unless you opt back in.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to and from you as part of this Program. These charges are billed by, and payable to, your wireless carrier — Excel Roofing Contractors, Inc. does not charge you for participating in this Program. Contact your wireless provider for details about your specific text and data plan.

We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, as message delivery is subject to the effective transmission of your wireless carrier and is outside of our control. Message frequency may vary, and messages may be delivered via automated technology.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers; carrier coverage may not include all wireless carriers.
